ANZ needed a new eDetailing application for bankers to understand customer's financial position, to make the best choice of financial products.
Building on a successful MVP that had been in market for a number of years, the project team were involved in user need-finding exercises and stakeholder inquiry to determine the direction for the application update.
Working in a lean cross-functional delivery team, I lead the design team in developing the IA, experience and interaction design, as well as the visual design of the final product. We tested with users and iterated as required.
Focussing on mobile working the application was developed in iOS for tablet devices.
